Public Notice: NRP Plan Modification Vote on Tuesday, September 22, 2026

The East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership's (EBNP) Membership will be considering three updates to our Neighborhood Revitalization Plan (NRP) and voting on them at our September 22, 2026, Meeting of the Neighborhoods. All EBNP members are encouraged to attend the September meeting and vote.

September 2026 NRP Plan Modification


1. Environmental and Greening Programming
Requested amount: $50,000
Ongoing Concept: Promote sustainability and environmental stewardship throughout the East Bank neighborhoods with community initiatives designed to promote pollinator-friendly and native plantings, community gardens, green space, tree planting, boulevard plantings and organics recycling in the neighborhoods.

2. Community Engagement
Requested amount: $53,919.89
Ongoing Concept: Reach out to and engage community members through year-round events, programs and communications.

3. Staffing / Additional Program Implementation
Requested amount: $10,000
Ongoing Concept: Maintain staff positions to support EBNP’s work in implementing programs, coordinating communications, volunteers and community outreach, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financials.
