The East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership (EBNP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the neighborhoods along the east bank of the Mississippi River in Minneapolis.

From the riverfront to the neighborhoods surrounding the University of Minnesota, this area is one of the most dynamic and diverse parts of the city—home to residents, students, families, businesses, and visitors from across the region. EBNP works to ensure these neighborhoods remain welcoming, connected, and vibrant places to live, work, and visit.

Why Your Support Matters

EBNP receives public funding to support core neighborhood programs and services. However, those funds come with important limitations. City contracts restrict spending on food and beverages, and do not allow funding to be used for entertainment at community events.
