NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Samuel Omann has submitted a Commission Preservation Application for exterior alterations, including replacement siding, adding two windows on the house, and building a new garage on the property located at 208 5th Ave SE in the St. Anthony Falls Historic District. 

The Heritage Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., in Room 350 Public Service Center (PSC), 250 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN. Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Heritage Preservation Commission. After hearing from the public, the Heritage Preservation Commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact. In accordance with the Preservation Ordinance, all property owners within 350 feet of the subject property are notified of this public hearing.
