Think First: Preventing Falls Among Seniors (Part 1)

  • First Congregational Church 500 Southeast 8th Avenue Minneapolis, MN, 55414 United States (map)

Southeast Seniors and Kaytlin Hanson, Trauma Prevention Specialist with Hennepin Healthcare Trauma Services are partnering to bring you these classes.

On Wednesdays, April 22 & 29, join our two-part ThinkFirst: Preventing Falls Among Seniors series. Falls are one of the leading causes of injury for older adults, and these sessions share practical, easy-to-use strategies—from simple home modifications to balance and strength exercises—that can make a real difference.

Then on Wednesday, May 6, don’t miss ThinkFirst: Senior Driving Safety, focused on staying confident and safe behind the wheel as vision, reaction time, and flexibility change with age.

All classes run from 1:00–2:00 PM and are held in the Atrium at First Congregational Church of MN at 500 SE 8th Avenue
