PROJECT OVERVIEW

Jeffrey Siegel and Gerri Summerville, representing 701 LLC, will present "Rowhouse Minneapolis." The proposal outlines a proposal to construct 9 side-by-side, 3-story homes on the corner of 2nd Ave. SE and 7th St. SE, designed by East Bank neighborhood creatives at SALA Architects.

 

The meeting presentation will address the fact that the subject site is currently too small for its existing zoning requirements. Because there is no adjacent opportunity to acquire additional property, 701 LLC is proposing an alternative use for this underutilized land. Once fully presented and with stakeholders surveyed, this project will move forward if supported by stakeholders and city planning, and if granted a subsequent comprehensive plan amendment.
