CLIC is a resident advisory group that plays a crucial role in shaping the City’s 6-year Capital Improvement Plan. Your input is vital in helping us understand the needs and priorities of our community. 

The Planning Commission hears and decides applications for land use reviews, including site plan review, conditional use permits, changes or expansions of a nonconforming use, variances, and land subdivisions. 

We encourage you to join us, share your insights, and learn more about how CLIC and the Planning Commission influence the future of Minneapolis.
