Wells & Company Architects on behalf of Dinkytown Rentals, LLC is please to send you the plans for a new 4 Unit, 4 Story Apartment Building at 609 15th Ave SE.
The project proposed to demo and remove an existing duplex at 609 15th Ave SE. The City of Minneapolis has determined the existing house on site is not historic (see attached letter from City Staff).
The site is approx 39.5' X 84' (3,344 sqft lot) and zoned
RM1 in the Transit 15 Form District with UA Overlay. The project requests NO VARIANCES and requires NO PUBLIC HEARING. The new building will have 4 units with 4 bedrooms per unit. The building will be slab on grade and comply with all applicable zoning regulations.
